• Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on commercial and government projects from $10 million to $30 million
• Managing a $25 million education new build
• To $250K package circa

• An established Tier 2 Builder
• T/0 $200 million
• Reporting to a Construction Manager, managing a Site Manager, Foreman, CA and Cadet
• Focus on commercial, education and age care construction projects in the $10 - 60 million range
• Established client base, with full order book of work for 2024
• 40 years trading history
• Northern Sydney based

You Will Have

• A Construction Management Degree or similar
• Previous project management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney
• Commercial construction experience on projects over $10 million is highly desirable
• MS Project experience sought
• A steady career history and proven construction management background
