Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager of Operations. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the entertainment complex and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This includes overseeing staffing, schedules, maintaining equipment and facilities, and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth.
