The John Smith Real Estate Group – Keller Williams Elite is currently hiring for a Marketing Director and Office Admin. This position would oversee the marketing program for one of the most successful real estate teams in Lancaster County.

Responsibilities to include:

· Implementing a social media marketing plan that engages past, current, and future clients through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

· Create a cohesive marketing campaign that includes videos, email marketing, social gatherings, and follow up programs to keep new and past clients actively engaged.

· Marketing current home listings, new home subdivisions, and our team.

· Assist team leader with listing of homes.

· Preparation of comparative market analysis’.

· Additional responsibilities, as needed.

Required skills:

· Ability to communicate with clients and team members.

· Must be very organized & detail-oriented.

Salary negotiable depending upon experience.

Pay: From $20,000.00 per year
