Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in creating a vibrant and engaging learning environment.
• Support the implementation of Montessori principles and methods.
• Foster a calm and peaceful atmosphere conducive to optimal learning and growth.
• Collaborate with students to problem-solve and explore new concepts.
• Provide individualized support to students, including those with special needs.
• Maintain a well-organized and tidy classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in a classroom setting.
• Familiarity with Montessori education principles is highly desirable, but not required..
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• A consistent, calm and patient yet firm demeanor, able to connect with children on their level.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Experience working with children with special needs is a definite plus.
