Coastal Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter Director of Operations to join their real estate team. This role will include assisting with all of Coastal Real Estate Group’s Operational and Marketing efforts through the areas listed below to promote listings and overall branding in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client happiness. This individual will be an excellent communicator, detailed problem solver, and possess the strong ability to multi-task and manage several congruent campaigns with passion & a dedication to excellence.

$66,000 - $75,000 yearly

• Utilize database to safely keep track of customer records
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify broker of necessary details
• Implementing filing systems and order office supplies as needed
• Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements
• Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders
• Serve as a liaison between the managing broker and clientele
• Pay and input invoices on a regular basis for the broker

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• 2 years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
• Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
• Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS
• Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines

• Well-versed in navigating computer software, especially Canva, Google Business Apps, MLS, Project Management Software, and CRM
