Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on evidence-based practice.
- Assess patient for needs pertaining to I.V. Hydration.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the provider.
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history.
- Collaborate with provider for plan of care for patient.
- Educate patients over vitamin supplements given and side effects associated.
- Start an I.V., follow policy and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Experience in ICU required
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner
- Ability to starts I.V.'s, troubleshoot, and work autonomously
- Strong communication, work ethic, and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Skills:
- Proficient in assessing and monitoring vital signs of patients
- Experienced in administering I.V. medications
- Skilled in health coaching to educate patients on treatment administered
