Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representatives with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. This is a high commission-only 1099 position with earning potential well into six figures for those who are motivated and successful. We are primarily looking for candidates in the Fort Worth, Mid-Cities area. Your primary role will be to generate new business and cultivate relationships with clients seeking to strengthen their entertainment value.
Visionary Smarthomes currently resides in the residential space and would like to push commercial business; you will be the means of achieving this goal. Main targets will be businesses within the Entertainment and Lodging industries. You will be expected to gather prospects, generate leads, and convert them into clients. Regular cold calling, email marketing and follow-ups will be essential to your success.
Our offering will be discussed in detail during the interview, where we will go over what you are selling, who you will be selling to, and why they need it. We will also go over the commission structure and daily dutie. Upon being hired you will receive a contract stating everything we have discussed where both parties will sign ensuring full transparency.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
· Cold Calling
· Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
· Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
· Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product offerings.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Passion for entertainment and technology
