Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, order, and a welcoming environment for our guests. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will lead a team of housekeeping staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Duties:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of the facility
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets company standards
- Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor budgetary constraints and work towards cost-effective solutions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with staff and guests effectively

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in hospitality management or related field
- Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Proficiency in using housekeeping management software

Pay: $17.23 - $20.75 per hour
