Overview:

Omega Animal Removal is seeking a motivated and results-driven Phone Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, converting leads into sales, contributing to the company's overall sales goals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong ability to build relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.

Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing any customer concerns.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented accurately.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services and stay updated on industry trends to provide accurate information to potential customers.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly and providing excellent customer service.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly phone sales, is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Proactive: Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
