Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team! We are an independent post acute practice in Ft. Worth with a tremendously supportive and fun team of MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs!
The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings such as inpatient rehab, skilled nursing facilities, hospital medicine, and LTAC experience. We are requesting at least 2 years of recent skilled nursing experience.
Schedule: M-F, no weekends & not required to work holidays.
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive patient care in various settings - primarily skilled nursing facilities.
- Conduct physical examinations and interpret medical history
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Participate in utilization review processes to ensure quality care delivery
