As a Business Development Representative at USA Loans, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with realtors, brokers, and other industry partners, and promoting our mortgage services. Your goal will be to increase our market presence and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and effective business development strategies. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the mortgage, finance, or real estate industries. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Knowledge of the mortgage industry, including loan products, processes, and regulations. 
  • Professional certifications in sales or business development are a plus. 
  • Fluent in English and Spanish 
  • Must possess a valid visa.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mortgage and real estate markets. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with realtors, brokers, and other industry partners. 
  • Promote USA Loans mortgage services to potential clients and partners through presentations, meetings, and networking events. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. 
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline status, and sales performance 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, news, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
