Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully fulfill customer orders to build and retain a loyal customer base.

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry according to industry best practices and tailored to customer preferences.

• Delegate orders to other Laundry Professionals or Drivers for pick-up and delivery.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace.

• Uphold the values and brand reputation of our Company.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams, make decisions, and resolve conflicts.

• Good analytical skills, including understanding financial reports and making strategic decisions.

• Effective problem-solving abilities to identify issues, analyze solutions, and implement strategies.

• Previous experience in laundry services, Uber, Lyft, Doordash Delivery is beneficial but not required.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, business environments, and technology.

• Efficient time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
