Role Description

This is a contract role for a Business Broker and M&A Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of businesses. Your day-to-day tasks will include valuing businesses, facilitating negotiations, conducting market research, preparing financial statements, presentations, and managing client relationships. This is a preferred on-site role located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Role will have great and continuous support from management and fellow brokers.

Qualifications

• Business Valuation and Finance knowledge
• Strong understanding of the business and finance industry
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Business management or prior ownership skills are a plus
• Ability to read and review financial statements
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in sales or business development is a plus
