We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Client Services Associate and receptionist. This role is perfect for someone eager to immerse themselves in the financial services industry while working in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones: Serve as the first point of contact for our clients and partners. Answer phone calls professionally and courteously, direct calls to the appropriate team members, and take messages as needed.
- Client Outreach: Assist in our outreach efforts by making calls to clients/prospects. Provide information about our services and set up meetings between potential clients and our advisors.
- Client Mailings: Prepare and send out client mailings, including newsletters, promotional materials, and other correspondence. Ensure that all mailings are sent in a timely and efficient manner.
- Database Management: Maintain and update client information in our database. Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all client data.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team as needed, including scheduling appointments, filing, and managing email correspondence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Interest in the financial services industry is a plus.
