Headquartered in San Francisco, Cascade leverages state-of-the-art technology to give superpowers to providers by automating all administrative processes across patient intake, appointment booking, documentation and coding in one unified platform.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Engineering & Co-Founder to become part of building the most efficient and joyful place for medical providers to treat a patient online.

You will be responsible for

• leading our vision and strategy on how to use technology to have the lowest total cost of care in the industry for treating a patient
• owning and developing the entire tech stack of the Cascade platform incl. Integration and oversight of AI/ML models. Tech Stack: React Native, Typescript/Node.JS, Javascript, Python, Terraform, AWS, FHIR, ChatGPT, Medplum
• attracting and leading an AAA dev team

Requirements

• You have successfully built technology from scratch in a high-performance environment
• You are an experienced full stack developer and still very hands-on
• You enjoy mentoring and leading other engineers
• You believe AI will fundamentally change our world and healthcare in particular

Compensation

• Highly attractive co-founder share package
• Salary Range $150k-200k
