Job overview:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction management. Must possess exceptional time management, planning, maintaining budgets and problem-solving skills. As a Project Manager, you will manage the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome for assigned projects.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage accounting functions and budget.
  • Prepare and manage OAC pre-construction/construction meetings.
  • Development and execution of subcontracts.
  • Maintain project and procurement schedule with the Senior Superintendent and Subcontractors/Vendors.
  • Prepare and submit owner change order requests, owner change orders, and prepare job cost budget updates.
  • Responsible for managing delays and associated cost or time impacts.
  • Complete weekly executive summaries.
  • Responsible for overall projects to success through meeting scheduled dates, project budgets, client relations and overall excellence of the project performance.
  • Responsible for project documentation and communication, sub change orders, RFI's, submittal, daily reports, 3-week look ahead and etc.
  • Responsible for coordinating and running all activities associated with construction of the site and building.
  • Complete reports daily (OSHA, sub meetings, quality control checklists and etc.) and maintain project documents.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Construction Management or 5 years proven experience in commercial construction (preferably Truck Stop Facilities).
  • Accounting and budget management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (with owners, senior management, office, subcontractors and etc.)
  • Proficiency in ProCore or similar project management software.
  • Travel - once a month or as needed to job site.

This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and the opportunity to work on exciting Truck Stop Facility projects. Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Up to $140,000 per year depending on experience.
