RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end project management for SAP transformation initiatives, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing issues to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimise processes, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with project management best practices, methodologies, and governance standards, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP transformation projects.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP implementation, migration, or upgrade projects from initiation to closure.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, architecture, and integration capabilities, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
