Bacco Bistro, a charming BYOB pizzeria and bistro, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated servers to join our team. At Bacco Bistro, you'll be part of a warm, friendly atmosphere where we serve delicious Italian cuisine and offer a unique BYOB dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
• Take accurate food orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by attending to their needs and resolving any issues
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and be able to describe dishes and ingredients
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Handle payment transactions and provide correct change
• Assist in setting up and breaking down tables and dining areas
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Previous serving experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
