Here are some additional benefits to working with my cleaning business, Marigold Maids:

We will find the clients. We do and pay for all the marketing, we manage the bookings, all of it.

Cleaners won't have to negotiate job pay with the client. We will set the pay for the specific cleaning job and renegotiate pay if necessary.

The cleaners will get paid for any extra cleaning. Anything not on the checklist is a hard nope. The client can't ask you during the job to do extra cleaning because "it will only take a few minutes".

Flexible schedules for the cleaners.

We set client expectations before the cleaners get there-pets put away, children kept out of the area, cancellation policy, no entry policy etc. Sometimes it can be VERY hard for a cleaner to enforce these expectations. Clients know this and they will leverage the scarcity mindset.

Customer follow ups- we do this for the cleaners. No after hours work for the cleaner.

Job reminders- our booking system takes care of this for cleaners! Reminds the cleaner as well as the client!

Pay: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour
