Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with individuals to implement behavior support plans to help them achieve their goals.

Duties:
- Implement behavior support plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals
- Collect and record data on learner progress
- Assist in developing individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing behavior plans
- Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

Requirements:
- Experience in patient care, particularly with children
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Background in behavioral health or special education
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral therapy
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices
- Strong skills in behavior management techniques

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience working with individuals requiring behavioral support
- Certification in ABA or related field
- Knowledge of various behavior management strategies

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
