Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising office staff, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative and clerical tasks. Candidate must be willing to commit to continuous management training and learning.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Oversee payroll processing and employee scheduling
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
- Maintain front desk procedures including managing phone systems
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Experience in event planning is a plus
