Job Description
We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in Removal proceedings and before USCIS with affirmative applications, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Immigration courts, the BIA, and before USCIS
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on USCIS and EOIR Applications
- Negotiate settlements, PD, Dismissal, Termination of Removal Proceedings, or Admin Closure where appropriate,
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Prepare and submit pretrial briefs, represent clients during removal hearing and trials, and when the case requires, represent client before the BIA.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of Immigration law
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Immigration law
- Familiarity with immigration practice manuel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
