Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Be aggressive in collecting in past due accounts
• Strong collection skills both verbally and in writing
• Research billing discrepancies with accounts
• Communicate with individual customers independently via phone or email with tact and discretion
• Proactively create and implement payment schedule for accounts under supervisor’s guidance
• Work collectively with other departments to resolve any customer issues
• Reconcile accounts with full documentation Additional duties may be assigned to meet organization’s needs

Salary: $17.00 to $25.00 /hour

Flexible hours: 9:00am to 3:00pm

Bonuses: Work in your office (cubicle)
