Job Description

The objective for the Account Manager position is to serve as the primary interface to assigned clients and be responsible for the overall management of Client relationships, Client satisfaction, and Client retention. The Account Manager will manage Client relationships through industry knowledge, program planning, consultation, client need, up-selling, and activity forecasting.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for supervising all assigned client activities

· Provides on-going consultation on all aspects of program strategy and program methodology

· Ensures that established SLAs are achieved

· Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Identify, track and utilize KPIs to achieve business objectives and drive continuous process improvement

· Works with internal teams to develop client-specific work-plans, monitor program delivery to ensure contract requirements and client expectations are met or surpassed

· Responsible for maintaining, updating, understanding all client to company interactions

· Knows essential responsibilities and requirements for each client

· Defines and develops project and program requirements with client and internal teams

· Responsible for managing client relationships, including the leading of Quarterly Business Reviews The above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all-inclusive. Qualifications

Required education and requirements

· Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's degree with equivalent experience

· 2-3 years’ experience with 3PL, or other distribution business and fulfillment knowledge is preferred not required

Knowledge, skills and abilities

· Ability to build strong, productive relationships with clients and internal teams

· Ability to collaborate with clients to achieve strategic 3PL business goals

· Must be able to work independently, accepting accountability for achieving defined goals and objectives

· Must demonstrate effective leadership skills and the ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive issues

· Proven ability to multitask and manage projects to successful completion

· Proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Working knowledge of Shopify is a plus

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Excellent organization skills and detail oriented

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience executing multi-faceted programs and meeting client deliverables

· Demonstrate leadership skills in successfully managing teams and collaborating

· Demonstrate ability to influence, direct and guide a team

Physical requirements

· Frequently reach (overhead), handle, and feel with hands and arms

· Stand and sit for prolonged periods of time

· Occasionally lift, carry, and move up to 30 pounds
