• Preform site visits with clients,, vendors and project mangers (Preform QA walks at key milestones of build)

• Communicate allowances & change orders with clients 
• Ability to design and purchase 8-10 custom homes a year

• Source Materials & subcontractors 
• Track budgets and value engineer to insure company stays in budget 
• Redline drawings per clients selections and communicate to Architect, venders and project managers
• Cabinets/countertops/appliances
• Electrical and lighting fixtures 
• Plumbing & Plumbing Fixtures
• Interior Trim and Doors
• Tile 
• Flooring
• Pool vender
• Landscaping Vender
• Outdoor kitchen and appliances 
• Home accessories
