ThriveCart is Hiring a Senior Digital Customer Success Manager Near Austin, TX

transactions. We integrate with everything you use and have a simple, clean UI with numerous features
that allow customers to build income from existing traffic and we are the highest converting cart for
online businesses. Our business is growing, profitable, and backed by LTV SaaS Growth Funds, and we
are looking to expand our footprint amongst online businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding programs to ensure new users are successfully integrated and set up for success.
  • Training: Create and deliver training materials and sessions to help customers fully utilize our products and services.
  • User Community Management: Foster and manage an active user community, facilitating knowledge sharing and engagement among customers.
  • Analyze Customer Journeys: Map and optimize customer journeys using data-driven insights to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactive Communication: Develop and implement digital communication strategies that align with customer goals, leveraging automation to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Tech-Touch Engagement: Utilize technology to deliver personalized, scalable interactions that improve customer engagement and success.
  • Data Management: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NPS, CSAT, churn rates, and customer health scores to measure and improve customer success strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive customer success initiatives.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and interpret customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation in customer success practices
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5 years in Customer Success, Customer Enablement, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or related roles, with a proven track record of building successful programs.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in customer success software and CRM tools, excellent communication abilities, and experience with automation technologies.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, customer-centric, tech-savvy, and a proactive problem solver with leadership potential.
