**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Duties:**

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences with custom orders

- Demonstrate product knowledge of wood and metal to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking Wood and ensuring merchandise displays are visually appealing.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in retail sales, with a focus on wood spices and blacksmithing. Some experiance in wood finishing,epoxy, metal gates and rails would be helpful.

- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions with accuracy.

- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change.

- Strong communication skills .

- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and orders effectively.
