Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tree Climber/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tree care and maintenance, with a passion for working outdoors and caring for trees. The position available is for a crew with 3 very skilled and experienced groundman.

Duties:
- Utilize a CMC Aerial Lift to perform tree trimming, pruning, and removals as needed
- Operate rigging equipment for lowering branches safely
- Safely climb trees using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Conduct tree care operations in compliance with industry standards
- Assist with groundmen as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tree climbing and lift operator is required
- Drug free, must have drivers license (CDL is NOT required)
- Familiarity with CMC Aerial Lifts to perform elevated work
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and best practices
- Ability to lead a crew and make on spot decisions
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
