Description:
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Truck Repair Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty trucks and trailers, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, electrical systems, and suspension systems. In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance services in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks and trailers, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, electrical systems, and suspension systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to explain repairs and maintenance services.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards for working with heavy equipment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical degree or certification in Heavy Truck and Trailer Technology preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in heavy truck and trailer repair.
- Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, air brakes, electrical systems, and suspension systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
