**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement process from sourcing to inventory control. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to contribute to the success of our organization.

**Duties**

- Source and procure goods and services from external suppliers to inventory needs.

- Conduct market research to identify the best suppliers and negotiate prices and terms.

- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

- Analyze inventory control data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Implement cost-saving measures through effective procurement practices.

- Manage relationships with external suppliers to resolve issues and improve overall performance.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management.

- Strong understanding of inventory control principles.

- Computer skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $67,143.00 per year
