We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Service Technician and HVAC Installer to join our team.

As an HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN-

You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air
conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure the comfort
and safety of our clients.

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented HVAC technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems. The HVAC technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs.

To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient, and have integrity, excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Requirements:

  • Maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
  • Assisting with customers' queries.
  • High school diploma, GED or suitable equivalent.
  • 3 year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.
  • Valid WA driver’s license with good driving record.
  • Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating.
  • Proficient in balancing air systems in line with HVAC protocols.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at times, after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
  • Ability to work in confined spaces

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues promptly.
Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
Collaborate with clients to explain repairs and provide recommendations.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Keep accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.

3 years experience preferred
HVAC-R program preferred.

As an HVAC INSTALLER-

You will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other equipment following manufacture specifications and company requirements.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

Installing HVAC equipment in customers’ homes, including furnace, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, and dehumidifiers, working under minimum supervision.

They also install outdoor coils and outdoor units, as well as repair refrigerants, txv, compressors, etc.

They provide knowledge, training, and guidance to HVAC installer helpers for them to develop the right skills to be able to perform HVAC installation jobs effectively.

The role of the HVAC installer also involves designing, fabricating, and installing a wide range of duct fittings and ducts that are required, as well as wiring both indoor and outdoor units.

He is also responsible for ensuring that the necessary paperwork is accurately, neatly, timely, and thoroughly completed.

The installer is also expected to carry out start-up on air conditioning systems when needed.

Due to the fact that this position makes contact with customers, the HVAC installer work description also entails delivery of consistent excellent customer service that ensures a high level of customer satisfaction always.

To be effective on the job, the installer must adhere to standard process and procedures of the company, which entails properly stocking of company vehicles with necessary parts; returning unused and defective parts to the department; and ordering and restocking parts in vehicles as required.

HVAC installers perform various functions in installing their customers’ HVAC systems, and ensuring that they are highly satisfied.

  • Ensure connection of gas lines to heating equipment is properly done

  • Carry out readings on machines with the full understanding of the implication of such readings

Requirements:

  • Possession of 3 years HVAC installation experience
  • Possession of High School Diploma or GED or equivalent; EPA certification a plus
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Must have an honest and dependable personality
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment
  • Self motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
  • Ability to display professional company image
  • Possession of valid WA driver’s license with good record of driving
  • Ability to pass a background check for criminality
  • Strong ability to write and read in English language
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 100lbs safely
  • Strong ability to operate under severe temperature condition for long periods of time
  • Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually.
