Position Summary

We are seeking a Production Manager for a Manufacturing Company in Western North Carolina. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. We offer a very competitive salary and bonus plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Qualifications

• 5 years leadership experience in manufacturing.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Production Manager.
• 2 years’ experience in a high speed food manufacturing plant, highly preferred.
• Lean Sigma 6 experience.

Job Duties

• Manage 5 Direct Reports 
• Manage Line Efficiencies over 3 lines.
• Hire and train new employees.
• Work with other managers to optimize production.
