• Pure candidate outreach within the Life Science Pharma / BioTec market
• Research (with assistance of the Research Team)
• Initial Screening suitability profiling
• First engagement – LinkedIn /email and first role pitch
• Gravitas to speak to C-level and C-1
• Exposure and willingness to work all roles
• Management has realistic expectations
• Truly consultative approach

With prior high-level recruitment experience you understand what it takes to build strong relationships and negotiate deals.
