Job Description:

Role Overview:

As the North American Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing business channels and service partners, and driving sales growth in the North American market. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in North America.

· Identify and engage with potential clients, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.

· Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

· Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

· Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the senior management team.

· Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Innovix Robotics' products and services.

· Work closely with the product development team to provide customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the robotics or technology industry.

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

· Strong understanding of the North American market, with established connections and a network of industry contacts.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Willingness to travel within North America as needed.
