Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction estimating and possess strong project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids
- Utilize software tools for estimating and project management
- Develop detailed proposals, including materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
- Visit construction sites to assess progress and gather data for estimates

Experience:
- Proven experience in construction estimating and cost control
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as Trimble
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from vendors
- Ability to build accurate estimates based on project requirements

Join our team as an Estimator and contribute your expertise to our construction projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
