PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIE S
Manage multiple crews to ensure resources are utilized efficiently
Ensure appropriate level of service is provided
Maintain communication with facility/patient to ensure up-to-date information regarding patient transportation
Accurately complete documentation and ancillary forms
Assist facilities with mediation of transport issues
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
MD EMT Certification Preferred.
Customer service experience
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment
Knowledge of service area
Strong data entry skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
