With a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence, we go above and beyond to deliver solutions that drive efficiency, security, and growth for your organization Responsibilities: *Business Development Strategy/Manager:* * Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive * revenue growth and expand market share in the IT and other staffing industry. * Identify potential clients and market segments, conduct market research, and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition. * Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company. *New Client Acquisition:* * Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your industry knowledge, networks, and cold calling techniques. * Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation * activities, including attending industry events, conferences, and leveraging online platforms. * Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new client accounts. *Relationship Management:* * Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers within client organizations. * Understand client requirements, staffing needs, and challenges to propose tailored staffing solutions that align with their business objectives. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. *Account Management:* * Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities and cross-selling relevant services. * Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful placement of qualified IT professionals. * Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for account expansion. *Market Intelligence and Reporting:* * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the company. * Track and report on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and performance against targets on a regular basis. * Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development progress. *Qualifications*: * Proven experience of 5 years in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry. * Track record of signing new clients and generated Sales and Business Revenue. * In-depth knowledge of the IT and non IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and industry players. * Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. * Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. * Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite *Job Type:* Commission Based *Schedule:* 8 hour shift *Experience:* * Business development in staffing: 3 years Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: * Commission pay Travel requirement: * Travel Work Location: In personFull Time | Contractor
