This is not a commission/sales-based position. The candidate will be primarily working with established customers in parts we already provide and looking to grow existing business. Will be trained in our in-house procedures and processes. Must be proficient in computer usage, primarily Microsoft365. Requires excellent written communication skills. Must be dependable with reliable transportation and have ability to work independently as well as in a team. Will be expected to work as scheduled and any conflicts should be presented up front.
This is a Full Time Position, Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
Starting salary is $20.00-$25.00.

Completing Quotes for customers
Determine if part is one of our current parts or a new part
Gather all information for Estimating Department (drawings, specification information
Determine if this is a current need or an annual need of the customer
Maintain Customer records using automated systems
Quote prices, credit terms and other bid qualifications
Detail oriented
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic knowledge of manufacturing a plus but not necessary
Can think outside of the box while following companies policies and procedures
