RéVive Skincare is Hiring an International Business Development Manager Near New York, NY

SUMMARY

As RéVive’s International Business Development Manager you will be responsible in managing the ReVive go-to-market planning, execution and on-going brand strategy for international markets inclusive of UK, Asia Pacific and Europe and other markets as they are opened. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the coordination of all communication between the corporate office and the local market, coordinating the development of locally-relevant marketing execution plans, and helping to accelerate sales in current channels in-store and online. This position reports to the SVP, Sales & Education.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Coordinate on-going and regular meetings monthly with markets to update on seasonal launches, sales results as well as forward sales and marketing planning.
  • Work with marketing to issue and aggregate forecast offerings
  • Contribute to growth and profitability of the brand by leading best-in-class execution of the brand strategy in a portfolio of regions.
  • Act as interface between NY head office and international partners.
  • Deliver sales goals as set by management and ensure productivity targets are met (for both sell -in and sell-out)
  • Develop/review localized marketing calendars, new launch plans and retailer/distributor specific marketing activities.
  • Coordinate any specific needs with Global Marketing.
  • Manage budget and ROI for execution activities assigned to region.
  • Optimize product assortment and instore merchandising, managing activities that lead to on-time launches.
  • Recommend new ideas and opportunities to ensure efficient marketing spend with maximum sales impact.
  • Report regularly on retail performance by account – including launches, seasonal promotions, events and door count by retailer and distributor.
  • Update on competitive environment and keep global organization updated.
  • Lead international pricing review and alignment and co-approve market pricing for all price increases and new product launches.
  • Recommend new ideas and opportunities to ensure efficient marketing spend with maximum sales impact.
  • Track regulatory needs and status for international markets – liaise with corporate legal, marketing and regulatory.
  • Collect annual, monthly and weekly SKU’s actuals and update spreadsheet weekly/monthly.
  • Updates and completes seasonal new line forms for launches.
  • Ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • Prepare brand presentations to present to new markets.
  • Coordinates seasonal Distributor presentations for new launches.
  • Responsible for on-boarding all new markets including coordinating brand and education induction, coordination of set-up and order forms, collection of collateral, sampling, merchandising, event and promotional needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Management or Marketing
  • Affinities with international cultures – international experience a definite plus
  • Strategic mindset and analytical expertise
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal as well as written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible, entrepreneurial spirit, positive and dynamic attitude
  • Proficient with Outlook and MS Office, PowerPoint/Keynote and Excel
  • Fluency in other languages appreciated
  • Available for international travel
  • Account management experience required
