About the Position: The Shine Social Media Marketing Angel (SSMMA) is the storyteller for the Shine experience and offerings. In alignment with our brand guidelines and messaging, posts, reels & videos will inspire, educate, and inform our audience about the magic that occurs at Shine. We are here to build a bridge of trust as we address the issues and meet the needs of our growing fan/client base. Strategically focused on our target market and offerings, the SSMMA will creatively expand our followership, increase engagement, increase email list, and improve conversions. We are building a community of loyal customers through exceptional service and a variety of high impact offerings available in Sedona and virtually.

With fabulously crafted posts that are captivating, visually appealing, informative, and inspiring, the SSMMA shares the heart-centered story and essence of:

• The Shine Facility: Showcasing the stunning High vibrational Sanctuary space rental opportunities, healing rooms, convenient location and amenities, onsite boutique
• The Shine Training Programs: featuring Master teachers that train participants in various healing modalities through stunning photos, testimonials, videos & reels
• The Shine Boutique: showcase the variety of our unique hand-crafted items and our virtual store on Shopify through demos, photos and reels
• The Shine Sessions & Consultations: Highlighting our gifted practitioners and their one-on-one offerings and tailored customized retreats through interviews, stunning photos, tips and testimonials

Job Responsibilities

• ONSITE & ON LAND CAPTURE:
• For various events, retreats and trainings, be onsite to capture content, experiences, testimonials, wing wall capture in photo and video format for posting
• Capture photos & videos of boutique products
• Capture interviews, inspiration, education & insights with practitioners
• SHINE INSTAGRAM:
• Create stunning on-brand strategic and creative posts, reels, stories, videos, and lives that tell the story of the Shine experience and our offerings ( listed above)
• Increase IG engagement, expand followership and conversions
• Timely reply to comments, create polls and feedback to enhance engagement
• Keep the Link tree for Shine Account & Anahata Account up to date weekly
• Keep highlights up to date for Shine account and Anahata account
• Collaborate with other local business and facilitators for joint promotional content
• Track monthly analytics for posts, engagement, growth & conversions
• Engage the latest strategies and trends for hashtags, tagging, topics, posting & formatting to enhance exposure
• Support periodic IG live transmissions
• SHINE FACEBOOK:
• Repost & reformat content from Shine IG to Shine FB and to Anahata FB
• Post upcoming events/offerings to local FB groups & FB messenger groups
• STRATEGIC INSIGHT:
• Provide strategic direction on how best to grow engagement, followership and conversions
• Consistent on brand content with design & messaging
• PHOTO & VIDEO MANAGEMENT:
• Keep the photo and video files organized and current for sharing with staff or attendees

Job Experience, Qualities and Skills

• Expertise with Instagram
• Know how to create stunning reels, posts, stories & IG lives
• Aware of IG strategic trends and hashtags
• Successful implementation of strategies that grow followership & engagement
• Able to show examples of work on this platform with other business and not just your own personal account
• Expertise with Facebook
• Know how to Repost reels, posts, stories & IG lives to FB
• Know how to post to FB Groups and FB messenger
• Detail-oriented – important that the correct information, dates, times, tags, links and accurate spelling for each post
• Voice & tone - Able to be the voice of Shine, conveying on-brand messaging about transformation and personal development
• Organized – able to create a system for timely consistent posting and cataloging assets for future use and easy access
• Photo & Video Capture - Experienced with photo & video capture
• Experienced with Canva – for creating and editing posts, promos
• Professional & Grounded – Able to be on time, look professional and keep up with timely posting
• Positive & Friendly – bringing a warm, welcoming personality with a positive attitude to the Shine team
• Creative & Solution Oriented – able to bring creative ideas, innovations, and suggestions to expand our reach, impact and conversions.
