Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the office environment. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting various departments and maintaining efficient office procedures.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Handle accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks software
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, exhibiting excellent phone etiquette

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting is software a plus.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling
