Job Description:

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and hospitality? Join our team at Life Arts Center as a Sales and Office Manager and play a pivotal role in our growth and success!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Conduct tours of our banquet hall facility, showcasing our amenities and services.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales and secure bookings.
  • Coordinate event logistics and communicate effectively with our operations team.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of event planning and banquet hall operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HoneyBook) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is desirable.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

  • Weekends as needed
