Job Description: We seek a highly motivated and energetic Sports-Minded Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sports and a background in sales and marketing. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and expand the client base
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the sports industry
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a competitive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as required
