Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Director of Finance to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance who can lead our financial operations and contribute to our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial management and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
- Prepare detailed reports on the company's financial performance, including quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and to optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage the finance department, providing guidance and leadership to the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide strategic goals are met.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to senior management for decision-making purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
