## Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals in the home improvement industry.
## Duties
- Identify potential customers and establish relationships to drive sales
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to meet customer needs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
## Skills
- Proven experience in home maintenance and improvement sales, customer service, account management, and business development
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required
- Strong sales acumen with proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
