ICS Cabinets and Stoneworks are looking for a dedicated Cabinet Sales Representative(s) to join our team.
The role involves promoting and selling our high-quality cabinetry to both residential and commercial clients.
Cabinet Sales Representatives are responsible for understanding client needs, offering suitable products, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
They will also need to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable with working to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue potential clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products.
Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
Answer customer queries and handle objections.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction to boost sales.
Meet or exceed sales goals.
Prepare and submit sales contracts and order forms. (Fimiliarization with System 100 and Mosaic a plus)
Report on sales trends, customer feedback, and market competition.
Attend trade shows and other industry events.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a sales representative, preferably in the cabinetry or related industry.
Excellent knowledge of various cabinetry products and their features.
Ability to quickly learn about new product ranges.
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Proficiency in Google Docs, Use of Calendar.
Ability to travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, etc.
High school diploma; BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field would be a plus.

Job Title: Cabinet Sales Representative
Work Environment: This position requires fieldwork. Travel to meet clients and attend trade shows or other events may be required.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the General Manager.
Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Pay Range: Commensurate upon experience (including commissions)
