We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to sell Master Service Agreements and Fire Restoration projects for our company. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking and other sales tactics to build a pipline of potential clients interested in Master Service Agreements and Fire Restoration Services.
-Conduct Sales presentations and service demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services and solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients to secure Master Service Agreements and Fire Restoration Projects.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and customer service reps to ensure smooth and successful implementation of services for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferrably in the construction and restoration industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the firre restoration services and Master Service Agreements a plus.
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation to client sites and attend sales meetings.
