RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations, ensure company standards, continually drive improvement
• Operate FOH according to system-wide standards and procedures 
• Perform operational activities: inventory, scheduling, maintaining stock, maintaining food pars, product quality, developing staff, maintaining company standards and brand excellence

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year experience as a salaried manager in QSR casual dining or full service
• Stable work history that includes career progression
• Skills in using computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel, working with budgets, basic P&L knowledge, and scheduling
• Desire to be a part of a winning team
• Loyal and dependable in nature
