POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales and Customer Service Representative sells and services new and existing accounts/customers. The position performs sales and service functions for a beauty supply store and all its sales channels including woocommerce, and amazon. We are a busy store so be aware.
We are looking for individuals who do not have to be micromanaged and can work efficiently without adult supervision.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
● Initiating and following up with customers and providers to sell products or services, resolve problems, and answer questions
● Answering the phones to provide information to customers
● Packaging online orders within a timely manner for store pickup, same day delivery and next day shipping.
● We perform inventory cycle counts every month and all employees must participate.
● Accepting and putting away the order.
● Help customers on the floor find what they are looking for
● Help style wigs on mannequins. NOT on customers.
● Creating and maintaining computer files and suspense for follow-up action
● Providing support and assistance to the department supervisor as needed.
● Ring sales using a POS system
● Performing other work-related duties as assigned
● Cell phone/social media usage will be limited while on the clock. If you cannot do that please do not apply.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
● High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
● 2-3 years of related experience and/or training in a fast paced retail environment
● Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
● Beauty Industry experience is preferred and sales experience is required

● Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, policies, documents and regulations

● Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Word
● POS knowledge
