Branchville is Hiring a Sales and Account Manager Near Atlanta, GA

Job Overview:

As a Sales and Account Manager specializing in Cradlepoint products, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling Cradlepoint’s wireless networking solutions. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The goal for the Sales Representative is to grow our customer base and be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through the booked sale. The person will be responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing referral sources and closing new enterprise leads. We seek someone who can function as a “greenfield hunter” with the ability to achieve company and personal sales goals in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers and develop value propositions that meet and exceed their needs. 

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.

  • Develop positive relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their individual requirements.

Business Development:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to assess client needs and determine system requirements for complete solutions.

  • Achieve territory sales objectives through sales of products and services to new customers

  • Identify sales opportunities through lead generation, follow-up, networking, and building relationships with potential customers, carriers, and partners

  • Help create a sales methodology and foster adherence to the sales process

  • Make recommendations to prospective customers that align their business needs to our technology solutions and services

  • Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close

  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, and competitive offerings

  • Establish and maintain a clean and healthy pipeline

  • Provide accurate and dependable forecasts on a quarterly basis

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development within the technology industry.

  • Technical background in mobility, SD-Wan and/or Wireless Wan networking (preferred, not required)

  • Familiarity with wireless networking, cellular solutions, and Cradlepoint products is a plus.

  • Successful B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on acquiring new customers

  • Experience selling to Directors and/or business owners

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand partner needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM systems.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about Cradlepoint’s product offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

Compensation:

100% commissions with the ability to make up to $300K.
